We stand behind the quality of every product we ship. Every order is backed by our Purity Guarantee, described below.
1. Purity Guarantee
Every compound is third-party COA-tested to 99.4%+ purity. If any product fails to match its stated identity or purity, or arrives with a quality defect, you may request a replacement or refund within thirty (30) days of delivery. This guarantee applies to all products, including single vials, sale items, and research bundles.
To keep this guarantee fair and sustainable, it is limited to one refunded order per customer. Additional or repeated refund requests, or activity we reasonably determine to be abuse of this policy, may be declined at our discretion. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
To request a refund, email support@axispeptidelabs.com with your order number within the 30-day window. Approved guarantee refunds are issued as Axis Cash: store credit added to your Axis Peptide Labs account, redeemable toward any future order at checkout. Axis Cash is typically added within 5 business days of approval. It never expires and has no cash value; it cannot be transferred, or redeemed or withdrawn as cash. You can view your Axis Cash balance and history anytime under My Account › Axis Cash.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery so we can resolve it quickly. Your claim should include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence. We will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.
3. Non-Delivery
If your order is not delivered due to an error on our part, or the carrier confirms the package was lost in transit, contact us promptly and we will provide a replacement or refund.
