Research Context

CJC-1295 (No DAC) activates the GHRH receptor (GHRHR) through Gαs/cAMP/PKA signaling, without the drug affinity complex that adds albumin binding in the DAC variant. Ipamorelin is a selective GHSR-1a agonist that signals through a separate Gαq/IP3/Ca2+ pathway. The combination is studied for additive receptor signaling in pituitary cell culture systems, and Ipamorelin’s selectivity for GHSR-1a makes the blend a tool for selective receptor studies.
