Refund & Return Policy – Axis Peptide Labs

Due to the sensitive and specialized nature of research-use materials, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.
1. General Policy
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering errors
- Improper handling or misuse
- Opened or used products
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- An incorrect item
You must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery.
Your claim must include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photographic evidence
Upon review, we may, at our discretion:
- Provide a replacement
- Issue a store credit
- Offer a refund in rare cases where replacement is not possible
3. Non-Delivery
Refunds may be considered only if:
- The order was not delivered due to an error on our part
- The carrier confirms loss in transit
- The claim is submitted promptly
Refund eligibility is determined solely at our discretion.
