The Halo Set – KLOW 80 mg + BAC Water 3 mL + Melanotan II 10 mg

For In Vitro Research Use Only
Not for Human or Veterinary Application

Set Overview

The Halo Set is a research panel combining a multi-component regenerative blend with a melanocortin receptor agonist and a sterile bacteriostatic diluent for reconstitution. KLOW is a co-lyophilized 80 mg blend of TB-500 (10 mg), BPC-157 (10 mg), GHK-Cu (50 mg), and KPV (10 mg) — four research compounds with overlapping interest in cytoskeletal dynamics, angiogenic signaling, copper-peptide-mediated remodeling, and α-MSH(11–13) anti-inflammatory pathway research. Melanotan II is a synthetic cyclic lactam heptapeptide and non-selective melanocortin receptor agonist (MC1R, MC3R, MC4R, MC5R) used for studying pigmentation signaling and melanocortin receptor subtype profiling. Bacteriostatic Water (3 mL) is included as a sterile, benzyl-alcohol-preserved aqueous diluent for reconstitution of the lyophilized peptide components. Each peptide component ships as its own individually-labeled vial, third-party verified at ≥99% purity per compound.

Research Context

KLOW combines four research tools whose mechanisms span cytoskeletal-remodeling biology (TB-500 G-actin sequestration via the LKKTET motif), connective-tissue and angiogenic signaling (BPC-157 effects on VEGF / NO / FAK-paxillin pathways), copper-peptide-mediated extracellular matrix remodeling (GHK-Cu modulation of collagen synthesis and metalloproteinase expression), and α-MSH(11–13)-derived anti-inflammatory pathway research (KPV interaction with the IκBα / NF-κB axis). Melanotan II binds MC1R, MC3R, MC4R, and MC5R with high affinity and signals primarily through Gαs-mediated cAMP elevation, distinguishing subtype-specific pharmacology between hypothalamic (MC4R) and melanocyte (MC1R) responses; its cyclic lactam structure confers binding stability superior to linear α-MSH analogs. BAC Water is included as a research-grade sterile diluent for reconstitution of the lyophilized peptide components prior to use in cell-based assays. The set supports research workflows requiring concurrent modulation of cytoskeletal / regenerative and melanocortin receptor signaling pathways within a single experimental session.
